Mediation provides the opportunity for participants to be a part of the decision-making process, to find common ground to the settlement agreement.
The Mediation procedure is flexible and enables the opportunity for quick resolution which is more cost and time effective than Court litigation.
The costs for our services depend on the value and complexity of the dispute.
Our mediation pricing is mentioned below, which includes preparation, but excludes travel time, and pre-mediation meetings. Costs can be negotiable, based on your specific circumstances and budget. In most cases, however, standard packages apply.
Mediation costs typically include:
- Day fees
- Half-day fees
- Charges for overtime
- Postponement and cancellation fee
Full Day Mediation
When you book a full day mediation, you can be assured that you’ll have plenty of time to discuss each and every detail of your case in detail, without being rushed. Since the process isn’t affected by a time constraint, both the parties are able to negotiate more comprehensively. Full day mediations give them a chance to explore possible settlement options in more depth, helping them arrive at a mutually beneficial compromise.
Half Day Mediation
You don’t always need to opt for full day mediation. In cases where the chances of early settlement are high, half day mediation is the way to go. This allows you to save both time and money, encouraging both sides to propose solutions earlier. If both parties desire to settle amicably and quickly, then there’s no need to extend the mediation process for the entire day. You can easily resolve the dispute via half day mediation.
